Biluochun in spring requires not only suitable tea leaves, but also tea drinking machines for processing and production.
Each day process 100kg fresh tea leaves, the water content of tea leaves is 75% - 80% (take an intermediate value of 78%), total process time need about 9 hours ( except plucking and withering ).
|Step 1 : Withering|
Withering time about 15-20 hours, let the water content drop to 60%, after withering, the weight of tea leaf is about 82kg.
|Each sieve can put 2.5kg fresh tea leaf, each rack has 20pcs sieves, so 1 set rack can put 50kg fresh tea leaves, you need 2 sets racks ( 40pcs sieves ).||

Withering time about 5-7 hours, let the water content drop to 60%, after withering, the weight of tea leaf is about 82kg.

|Step 2 : Rolling|
Black tea rolling time total need about 90 minutes, It is divided into 2 times, each time 45 minutes, rolling 82kg fresh tea leaf, we recomend you use 2 sets DL-6CRT-65 tea roller, it can put 40kg fresh leaf per time.
After rolling, the water content of tea leaf are not change, so the leaves total weight about 80kg.
|Rolling barrel diameter is 65cm, the first 45 minutes, not need pressure, the seconed 45 minutes, press and roll for 10 minutes, loosen and roll for 5 minutes, and repeat it until the end of time.||

|Step 3 : Deblocking|
After each rolling process, the deblocking machine is needed, for small quantity of black tea production, we recomend you use

|Step 4 : Fermentation|
Fermentation time about 3-5 hours, need process 80kg tea leaf, we recomend you use 1 set DL-6CFJ-60 tea fermentation machine, this machine can put 100kg-150kg tea leaf per time. After fermentation, the weight is not change, also 80kg.
|Fermentation volume about 0.36m³, fermentation layer are 7 layers, each time can put 100kg tea leaves.|
|Step 5 : Drying|
Drying 80kg tea leaves, our tea leaf drying machine, 1m² area can put about 15kg tea leaf.
We recomend you use DL-6CHZ-5 tea leaf dryer, the machine have 4.98m² drying area.
After drying, the water content drop to 5%, you can get about 25kg freshed tea.
|Drying area is 6m², drying time about 2 hours, drying temperature about 75℃ - 100℃, until the water content of the leaf drop 5%, easy to store.||
