Tea tree is an important economic crop in China. It is an evergreen woody plant. There are serrations on the edge of the tea leaves. Most of the leaf veins are 7-10 pairs. They are reticular veins, that is, the main veins of the leaves are obvious, and the side veins extend to the leaf edge at an angle of ≥ 45° 2 The /3 part is bent upwards and connected with the upper side veins to form a network system, which is a distinguishing feature of tea tree leaves. Tea tree flowers are generally white and have hard shelled seeds. Tea tree belongs to angiosperm door, dicotyledonous plant class, camellia order, camellia genus in plant classification system. In 1753, the Swedish botanist Linnaeus named the tea tree Thea Sinensis, meaning the tea tree native to China, and later changed it to Camellia sinensis. Later, the scientific name of the tea tree was determined: Camellia Sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze , Still in use. The buds and leaves of the tea tree and the young shoots are processed to become leaves.
