DL-6CWD-580 Green Black Tea Leaves Withering Process Trough Machine For Tea/Green-Black-Tea-Leaves-Withering-Process-Trough-Machine-For-Tea

Technical goals
This technology mainly addresses the problems of uneven withering of fresh leaves in the process of black tea processing, the withering process is restricted by the natural environment, the withering time is too long, and the entire process is expensive. The application of this technology can well regulate the withering environment, effectively control the withering time, improve the withering effect and efficiency of fresh leaves, and save labor.

Suitable area
The main black tea producing areas in China, especially the rainy areas during the tea season.

Technical points
Temperature and humidity controllable and light supplement: The temperature in the withering room is controllable within the range of 25~38℃, the relative humidity is controllable within the range of 55%~85%; the light intensity is 2000~4000lx.
Adjustable time and timing leaf turning: The whole withering cycle of fresh leaves is adjustable from 6 to 12 hours; with timing automatic leaf turning 3 to 6 times, the total time of each leaf turning is 30 to 40 minutes.
When the water content of the withered leaves is 55%~60%, the withering will be moderate. Press the "discharge" button, and the fresh leaves will automatically complete the discharging process and transport to the rolling process.

Precautions
⑴When the fresh leaves arrive at the factory, and the fresh leaves are evenly transported to the machine by vertical conveying, the height of the leaf homogenizer is adjusted according to the current leaf volume, and the effect of leaf uniformity is the best; Re-adjust the height of the leaf homogenizer.
⑵The temperature of the withering environment should not exceed 35℃, otherwise it will cause serious red change of the fresh leaves. You must not blindly increase the temperature in order to shorten the withering time.
⑶ When setting the automatic leaf turning program, pay attention to the setting of vertical transmission and belt speed not to be too fast, otherwise it is easy to cause uneven leaf spreading.
